  4. Regular pay
  5. Conditions for paying other bonuses
  6. Stock options and limitation on sale of the issuer company's stock
  7. Fringe benefits
  8. Ownership of intellectual property developed by the employee during employment
  9. Conditions under which employment can be terminated, possibly including continuing payment of compensation after premature termination
  10. Agreement not to compete with the employer after leaving the employment covered by the contract; agreement not to solicit the employer's customers or employees after employment ends.
